The worst post I have ever written

Why is it that a title like that always works for a few extra click-thrus?

Anyway ... thanks for helping me get the words down this year! Been a wild ride.

Some people believe blogs needs to be about one thing. And while I talk about a lot of different topics here, the "one thing" I tend to cover over and over is myself :)

I realize that I am about as fascinating a topic as the weeds growing in my yard, but since I refuse to get into rants and raves, or follow the commercial bent of American life, the self I write about here ends up being a bit unplugged ... I am revealed as a searcher ... and that may ultimately make these blurbs original (or tragic) depending on how you see it.

Anyway, now that you are here, may I share three thoughtful posts from the first year? Hope you like 'em:
